Crème de la Crème à la Edgar

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream of Choice (1 scoop per person plus 1) *
  • 1-2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup Milk of choice (if needed)*

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized sauce pot melt ice-cream with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Once melted add the milk, starting with 1/4 cup of milk. This is to dilute the sweetness if needed depending on your preference.

Notes:

I used homemade vegan ice cream and dairy free milk.
