One night I desperately needed something for my sweet tooth. I had recently watched a video to make a giant oreo chocolate bar, but that seemed like a bit much, but it inspired me to make half a dozen chocolate cups. These treats are delicious and you could make this recipe go further by using mini cupcake tins. I think I would do this next time as these are quite rich. These treats would be great served as dessert for a party or birthday party. The measurements for this recipe are approximate. Have fun trying out this recipe and giving it different twists and flavours.
A delicous and easy recipe with lots of different delicious layers.

- 1/2 cup white chocoalte melted
- 15 oreos
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Melt chocolate over water bath or in microwave in 15 second increments.
Line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners. Spoon milk chocolate into the cupcake liners saving half for later. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Take from the freezer and disperse the melted white chocolate between the 6 cupcake liners. Place into the freezer for 10 minutes.
In a food processor crush the oreos and then add the softened cream cheese. Mix together until well combined. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.
Take the chocolate cups from the freezer again, and split the oreo filling between the 6 cups. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
To complete the final layer, take the oreo cups out of the freezer and spoon the remaining milk chocolate onto the 6 oreo cups. Freeze for a final 10 minutes.
